Strategic Marketing Optimization: Marketing process optimization, target group surveys and analysis, concept & execution of collection launches (incl. roadmap).
Strategic Goals: Focus on content creation organic & paid. Objective: increase engagement; peak pandemic → no marketing budget outside Meta Ads, €4,000/month. Campaigns & Initiatives: 2 collection launches (Eiszeit & Goldrausch),8 giveaways, 12 sales promotions, 6 unpaid influencer collaborations for awareness.
Instagram KPIs (end of 2020): 3,900 followers,link-in-bio CTR ~30% (industry standard at the time: 9–15%), 90% completion rate on link-in-bio, 2% monthly growth rate (average 1.5%), engagement rate 4% (industry standard: 1%), story reach 11% with 90% completion rate. Facebook KPIs: Increase in likes April–Dec 2020: +646 (industry standard ~300/year), reach 2019 → 2020: +15%, engagement rate 3% (industry average 0.3%). Newsletter: 6,690 subscribers, open rate 38% (industry: 15%), CTR 18% (industry: 2%).
Development and execution of a crisis-driven product strategy to commercialize fabric COVID masks made from hat linings, securing company liquidity and preventing insolvency for an additional two years.
